" I purchase a home in Bozeman, looked at it with a realtor and a (prior/earlier) client was making an offer on the same house. He referred me to Jeff Beall to take his place as we were competing for the same house. I worked with Jeff on valuation, negotiations, making an offer and ultimately being under contract and closing on the property. We met for the first time during the home inspection. I was very happy with all aspects of the process. He felt that it was paramount to have data that accurately valued the house quickly, I agreed, he also produced a complete list of pros and cons related to the property, most of which we identified, but he brought a couple of things to our attention. His communication was great, both accurate and timely. We had a minor hiccup in negotiating the cost of improvements related to the inspection. He and his broker handled this quickly and professionally and the deal moved forward smoothly, closing a fews days earlier than expected.
