I found the house on Zillow made appointment to see it even though we know it was above our budget. Brittany told us there’s some people looked at it but no offer on the table so I told my husband to offer what we have and we got the house with in 25 days. Brittany was very helpful and responsive for all my questions. She’s not them typical agent who showed up in high heels, expensive purse and fancy car. She was down to earth cowgirl and that’s why we kept her us our agent. Thank you Brittany for getting our dream house. Good luck to you.

Brittany was very helpful and patient with us. We had a specific number that we were working within and some requirements that we wanted for our space. She showed us around multiple properties, sent us some that she thought we would be interested in and was very helpful with the offer. Ultimately we ended up with a space that ticked all the boxes in our price range.

I’m not even sure where to begin with how wind and supportive Kelsi was from the very beginning and initial phases of selling&buying contemplations to walking us through each and every step. With acting as the selling and buying agent for our family, on both ends we had situations unique and at time somewhat stressful. Throughout these situations Kelsi remained professional, confident, most importantly a strong advocate for our family. She helped us get our forever home and went exceptional lengths to make this happen. We highly recommend her as an agent!

Gracia and David are a fantastic team! Gracia presented our home in a manner which resulted in a first day full price offer. This all occurred when other homes in our neighborhood have been sitting stale with some being active for multiple weeks and longer. We value how well she listened to our needs which translated throughout the entire process. Thank you so much. We are forever grateful. The Barnhart team has been such a blessing to our family. Thank you from the LaLonde’s.

Gracia was the absolute best! We could not have asked for a better realtor. During the sale of our home, Gracia helped guide us through multiple obstacles and along the way maintained an infectious positive and upbeat attitude about everything. As cliche as it sounds, Gracia really did make us feel as if we were her only clients. There was never a time, day or night, that we couldn't reach out to her about anything. She was always extremely timely and professional with everything. If you want your selling or buying experience to be as smooth and enjoyable as possible, we couldn't recommend Gracia enough!

As a first time home buyer, I am very thankful that Kelsi & I were able to cross paths! Throughout the entire home buying process, Kelsi was extremely communicative & thorough when listening to our wants and needs of a home. We quickly realized that what we thought we wanted was different than what we actually wanted, and ended up finding our dream home about 20 miles outside of Bozeman. Thank you Kelsi for everything you did to make this process as seamless as possible!

As first-time home buyers, we can't say enough good things about Kelsi. We met her at an open house that we went to on a whim, and are so glad that we did. She jumped right on getting us all the necessary information we needed to take the next steps. She was able to walk us through the entire process and answer every question we had in a way that made us feel confident in our decisions. She truly went above and beyond, being incredibly proactive and a great negotiator. She has remained in contact with us after closing and even spoke to the sellers on our behalf to address some minor issues. It is very clear to me that Kelsi loves what she does, and I couldn't recommend her more.

We would highly recommend Kelsi Wildman to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. We went to Kelsey when buying our first home in Bozeman, selling that home, and buying our current home. Throughout these big purchases and life events, we knew Kelsey was the perfect realtor that we could trust and count on.
She made this complex process as smooth as possible and was willing to help out wherever she could. She goes out of her way to make sure her clients needs have been met. Kelsi is a realtor that cares deeply about her clients and getting them into their dream space.
Again, we would highly recommend Kelsi to anyone going through the real-estate process that is looking for a caring, attention-to-detail, and trusting realtor.

Before hiring Gracia & David to sell our house, we were contemplating trying to sell it ourselves to save a little money. Now that the house is sold, we are so thankful we didn’t go that route. The Barnhart team was wonderful to work with, from the beautiful pictures they took of our home, the perfect write-up describing what we had to offer, and the tedious work dealing with three different contracted buyers… they handled it all with professionalism, style, and expert advice. I highly recommend using Gracia & David for all of your real estate needs.

Aubrey is the best! My fiancé and I were first time home buyers with very little knowledge of the process. Aubrey guided us through the process incredibly well, taking the time to explain each detail and why it was important-or stopping to answer all of our questions.
Aubrey helped us set and understand our budget, then recommended homes within our range. We were lucky enough to find something we really liked, but it was above our price range. Aubrey was exceptional in helping us negotiate down to a suitable spot for both us and the seller.
We had a longer than usual closing so we really appreciated the cadence in which Aubrey kept us updated with any news. She was incredibly helpful as we went through inspection, recommending experts to conduct the inspection. From going under contract, to closing day, none of it would have been possible without Aubrey’s help.
We highly recommend Aubrey to anyone! She is knowledgeable, charismatic, and attentive to all of your needs. We felt lucky to get to work with her.
