About David

After inheriting his first home in 2013, David Barnhart began to realize his love for all things real estate.  He and his wife Gracia flipped, rented & sold that home and the wheels just kept turning.

David has worked as a custom cabinet maker, in construction and also the auto industry, where his vast knowledge of how multiple moving parts work together to make something amazing came into play.

He excels at and enjoys problem solving and getting the job done.  His skills are multi-faceted and his attention to detail is foundational in his business.  He assists his clients with kindness and effectiveness, and communicates clearly and quickly.

Together, David & Gracia Barnhart have three little girls and love spending time together as a family. In his free time, David enjoys forging knives, fixing things and getting outside.  The Barnharts reside just outside Bozeman City Limits and can’t wait to meet you and help you with all your real estate needs.
